Our client, a cutting edge SaaS platform at the intersection of marketing and tech is seeking a Performance Account Manager to lead client relationship efforts for their rapidly growing North American base. Simply put, they create unique UX experiences for clients and help them supercharge their conversion rates and performance marketing function. They are looking for someone with ideally 7+ years of experience in Account Management, who is highly knowledgeable in the performance marketing space - specifically in direct response digital marketing, CRO (conversion rate optimization), or data & analytics. This is an incredible opportunity work with a fantastic team of experts from a variety of fields: design, development, marketing and data analytics. This is a full time, remote position, West Coast time zone / PST preferred.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of previous Account Management experience in the digital services or SaaS space, preferably in a digital marketing area focused on performance (media buying, data analytics & interpretation, conversion rate optimization or A/B testing).
- Previous experience managing clients in the enterprise space preferred.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills are required. We’re looking for someone who can light up a room when they walk into it and give the entire room some energy during that 4 pm afternoon meeting.
- Someone who is well versed in data analytics and analysis. You’ll be able to create custom dimensions in GA4, add segments and filters, and, most importantly, interpret data and communicate this to clients and colleagues.
- Previous experience running A/B tests.
- Experience with a consultative approach - you understand the outcomes desired, but you can also put yourself in our customers' shoes and see how they can benefit from the equation.
- Ability to give feedback and direction to designers and developers regarding product enhancements and optimizations.
- A general thirst for knowledge. We’re looking for someone who is highly analytical and loves to stay up to date with the latest news in digital marketing and user experience.
- College degree in marketing, data science/analytics or an adjacent field.
