Services include: HubSpot implementation, ongoing revenue operations support, sales funnel building, marketing and a host of creative content (website development, content creation, etc.).
Position Overview
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Serendipity, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the long-term success and satisfaction of our clients. The CSM is the primary liaison between the agency and its clients, driving results by leveraging HubSpot tools, providing strategic marketing insights, and having a deep understanding of B2B marketing landscapes. Your goal is to maximize client value by aligning our services with their business objectives, fostering long-term partnerships, and ensuring high retention and growth rates.

Responsibilities:
- Strive to learn and practice current best-in-class marketing and lead generation practices
- Manage communication with clients, including project management, receiving client approvals, and pitching innovative marketing recommendations
- Set project timelines and manage the development of creative materials within budget and on schedule, which could include video/photo production, web design, digital collateral, brand development, social media marketing, ad campaigns, email campaigns, and more.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external contractors to facilitate clear strategies and insightful thinking
- Check that materials are error-free and on-brand for clients
- Ensure deadlines and service agreements are met
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, making sure their needs and concerns are always met and addressed
- Create weekly and/or monthly reports that allow for precise analysis and insightful paths forward
- Continually examine the various stages of our client’s journey (launch, touchpoints, reporting, etc.) to identify and improve on gaps
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization
- Provide clients with forward-thinking growth ideas to drive their businesses forward

A successful candidate will display these skills:

Qualifications required:
- 1-2 years relevant experience in marketing (ie: internships, part-time, etc)
- Full-time availability
