Project Coordinator

6-month contract

Atlanta, GA – Remote

$28+/Hour

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Coordinator to assist with overall campaign management, team organization, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with Project Management in Smartsheets, Workfront , Excel etc.
Assist in gathering information for communications / project updates
Deliver weekly reporting to various stakeholders, suppliers, and creative teams.
Monitor status updates and budget approval for key campaigns.
Consistently update Account Teams within Platforms
Ensure timely and accurate completion of email and direct mail campaigns.
Complete workflow audits and check for any that are outstanding
Assist in documentation and communication of process to key stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

2-3 years of experience organizing meetings, setting up calls, developing agendas, and sending follow-ups
Experience in high-volume campaign management
Overall knowledge of Excel, Smartsheets, and Workfront
Strong organization and time-management
Ability to gather information from multiple sources and
Clear and effective written and verbal communication
Ability to consistently meet deadlines while delivering high quality outputs
Receives feedback and actions independently
