The Eastern Tule Groundwater Sustainability Agency Joint Powers Authority (ETGSA, Agency) is seeking a Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator is responsible for serving as a liaison between the ETGSA and our stakeholders, assisting in the planning and execution of ETGSA events and programs, and representing the ETGSA at community events, meetings, and other forums.
Under general direction, the Program Coordinator will regularly communicate with members and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and provide support; provide information to agency management and other agencies; maintain an up-to-date and accurate landowner database, tracking landowner information, engagement, and compliance with guidance from the financial team.

Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. A minimum of 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in public/stakeholder engagement and program management. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.
Salary: $55,000-$70,000 / year (DOQ)
