Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Program Coordinator to serve as the critical liaison between our Managed Service Provider (MSP) and healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of both MSP operations and clinical systems within healthcare settings. This role requires the ability to present complex data and insights to executives, ensuring effective communication between the MSP and healthcare facility teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison Role: Act as the primary point of contact between the MSP and healthcare facilities, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across all parties.
- Program Oversight: Coordinate, monitor, and optimize the internal programs involving MSP services and clinical operations, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Data Interpretation & Reporting: Analyze and interpret complex operational and clinical data from both the MSP and healthcare settings, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Executive-Level Presentations: Regularly present data, program status updates, and improvement recommendations to executives, tailoring communication for a non-technical audience while maintaining accuracy and clarity.
- MSP & Clinical Operations Expertise: Utilize your strong knowledge of Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations and healthcare systems to influence decisions and improve performance outcomes across the program.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including MSP partners, clinical departments, and executive leadership.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows between the MSP and healthcare facilities, working cross-functionally to implement process improvements.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, reporting standards, and organizational policies.
- Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to teams as needed, particularly in understanding the interface between MSP and clinical operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSP) and within a clinical healthcare setting.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical and MSP data clearly and concisely to executive leadership.
- Executive Presentation: Proven experience presenting at an executive level, with the ability to convey strategic insights in an easily digestible format.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex relationships between MSP and clinical teams.
- Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, particularly when coordinating between multiple business functions (MSP, clinical, executive).
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of MSP operations, healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and the intersection of both.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare facility management, vendor management, or MSP program management.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards, data analytics tools, and project management software.
