Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Technician to become a vital member of our team! In this crucial position, you’ll play a key role in ensuring precise and timely medication management across various facilities, including PACE, AFCs, and Assisted Living Facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input prescription and medication order details into the pharmacy system, adhering to facility-specific protocols.
- Update patient profiles diligently, reflecting medication changes, allergies, and special instructions.
- Collaborate effectively with facility personnel to resolve refill requests and medication-related inquiries.
- Produce and prepare Medication Administration Records (MAR) for residents, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Oversee the Clozapine Calendar, maintaining close coordination with facility staff for dispensing and monitoring.
- Expedite QuickMAR requests, prioritizing timely preparations to support resident care.
- Cultivate strong communication channels with facility administrators, nurses, and staff to ensure seamless medication management.
- Proactively tackle inquiries and concerns, providing effective solutions.
- Represent our organization in a positive and professional manner.

Qualifications
