Role Description
This is a commission-based-only remote Setter/Closer role at AK’s Sales Services.
The Setter/Closer will be responsible for setting up sales calls and closing high-ticket deals.
Qualifications:
- Skilled in the sales industry
- Must be in North America
- Must be available full-time
- Open-minded and coachable
- Fluent English
- Excellent Communicator
- Professional, Prompt, Courteous
- Must be self motivated and competitive
Responsibilities: [training provided]
- Make calls to prospects and set qualified appointments
- Manage CRM and move prospects accordingly
- Process payment for closed deals and send out service agreements
- Timely & relentless follow-up on pending deals
- Report and track personal KPI set by Sales Manager (daily-weekly-monthly)
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Attend daily sales huddles and all company wide training events
- Spend time on personal development
Compensation:
For each sale closed the payouts of commission are 5-15 percent on cash collected. Deals can vary in size from $5,000 to $100,000. There is no base as well as no ceiling.
This is a 100% remote position; you can work from anywhere and enjoy the freedom of time and location. There's room for personal growth, advancement, and you will be surrounded by a community of action takers!
