Our Client, a global food company with an established track record of high-quality food brands is seeking a talented Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator to join their team. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Handle daily correspondence with warehouses and customers, process customer POs, and manage invoicing and credit memos
- Coordinate transportation of shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, and collaborate with the imports team to manage inventory levels
- Oversee EDI functions, including new customer setup and electronic invoicing
- Work closely with the QA department to resolve QC/QA-related issues and provide timely, accurate information to customers
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, ensuring senior leadership is updated on invoicing status
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Strong reporting, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with supply management, inventory control, and customer service
- EDI/SPS Commerce experience is preferred
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Undergraduate degree required
- Experience: 1 year’s minimum experience working in related field
- Training to learn Microsoft BC (computer software).
