What are the main 3-5 responsibilities of this resource?
Support all aspects of ongoing Client experience survey research
- Conduct new generative research utilizing our in-house Client panels / communities and/or broader Client base
- Analyze results and feedback from research projects and other relevant data sources and turn it into clear actionable insights and opportunities (both quantitative and text data)
What are the MUST HAVE technologies or skills for this position?
- Ability to design and execute quantitative survey research via multiple channels incl. email, website, mobile app, SMS, etc. Experience with qualitative research is a plus but not required.
- Ability to turn research findings into clear actionable insights and opportunities.
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of data, information and insights into a clear, easy to understand narrative supported by effective data visualization
- Using tools like Excel, Tableau, etc.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders of varying levels and backgrounds
- Experience working with either Qualtrics or Alida platforms (both would be ideal, Qualtrics slightly more important than Alida)
What technologies or skills are NOT REQUIRED but would be NICE TO HAVE on their resume?
1.Experience designing, executing, analyzing qualitative research
2.Experience using text analytics tools or platforms (incl. gen AI)
3.Basic to moderate proficiency with SQL Server to query data from databases
