Pay Rate: $39 - $44.34
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in the automotive after-sales service domain. This role focuses on supporting an executive-sponsored digital flagship program designed to transform dealership service and parts operations through cutting-edge technology. The position plays a key part in driving the success of the project by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including after-sales teams, and ensuring seamless project execution.
Responsibilities:
Be Agile
- Document user stories & requirements for the program
- Monitor feedback and coordinate resolutions
- Develop and execute test cases as part of UAT
- Adapt to constant change and embrace agility
- Create presentations, product documentation, and serve as a product information expert
Be Visionary
- Develop and maintain a vision for product features and communicate it across stakeholders
- Optimize industry-leading business processes
- Create reports to track trends and identify system improvements
- Introduce cutting-edge features to products
- Quantify ROI for new technologies and develop business cases for budget consideration
- Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize user stories, epics, and themes to maximize alignment with program strategy
Be Collaborative
- Understand brand impact and make scope decisions to maximize ROI
- Work across teams to resolve system issues or feedback
- Define clear acceptance criteria for each program feature
- Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical team members
- Manage requirements dependencies and oversee end-to-end processes
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent cross-functional communication
- Superb presentation and executive-level data organization
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management, operational organization, and planning
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with program & project execution and agile methodologies
Specialized Skills:
Required:
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience with user stories, backlog grooming, and prioritizing conflicting requirements
- Strong dealership service process knowledge
Desired:
- German language skills
- UX design experience
- Experience with service applications and systems
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Automotive Management, or related discipline (or equivalent experience) required
- Master’s Degree or equivalent preferred
