Our platform has developed into a premier integration system, showcasing features such as 3D product visualization, seamless factory integration, an intuitive administrative interface, and comprehensive analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Take ownership of client initiatives from inception to completion, including 3D asset creation, data configuration, UX/UI design, development, e-commerce integration, factory integration, quality assurance, and managing client feedback.
- Scheduling & Communication: Develop and maintain project timelines to keep internal teams, clients, and external partners aligned. Engage directly with clients to gain insights into their operational and business objectives, ensuring our solutions meet their expectations.
- Task Prioritization: Oversee and prioritize tasks utilizing internal workflow tools across diverse business units and client teams. Collaborate daily with internal partners to prioritize project requirements effectively.
- Team Coordination: Guarantee that internal teams and vendors are thoroughly briefed and prepared for the delivery obligations associated with each initiative. Generate and update weekly status meeting documents to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress.
- Budget Management: Ensure adherence to project budgets while promoting efficiency. Manage the allocation of internal resources for assigned projects, ensuring all team members have access to the necessary assets for successful implementation or launch of client initiatives.
- Collaboration: Actively contribute to Monthly Business Reviews alongside the Technical Project Management Team Lead, instilling confidence and demonstrating proven management expertise to the project team.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing client initiatives in a technical environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities and adeptness at handling multiple diverse tasks simultaneously.
