Job Overview
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Data Governance and Analytics, the Analytics Lead provide strategic, technical, data, and analytics guidance and insights for all areas related to analytics, including enablement, data governance, design, architecture, and implementation of: enterprise data collection, storage, lead mining, machine learning, AI, visualization, integration, while understanding the needs of business partners and users, recommending improvements in analytics products, identifying the need for new functionality, and interface strategies to improve systems and business capabilities including enterprise data warehouse, data marts, data quality, data profiling, data masking.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and implement comprehensive analytics strategies, incorporating AI and machine learning techniques, to support business objectives and drive growth.
- Mentor and lead a team of data analysts, fostering their professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and translate complex findings into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Lead advanced analytics projects, leveraging expertise in data science, statistics and modeling.
- Develop and manage business intelligence solutions to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Leverage advanced methodologies and technologies to tell data-driven stories that inform business decisions.
- Oversee the creation and management of analytics tools and systems, ensuring accurate performance predictions and audience behaviors insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability while maintaining data security and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Act as a subject matter expert and technical, guiding the development of scalable solutions, translating business requirements into well-architected solutions, and developing effort estimates for implementation.
- Identify and document risks, recommending contingency plans.
- Works within Agile project methodologies, collaborating with business and technology teams as needed.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques.
- A minimum of 5+ years in analytics.
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment
