Role DescriptionThe Business Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage client accounts, and ensure quality service delivery. This role involves coordinating with landscaping teams, managing customer inquiries, communications, and social media, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include supporting sales and production, managing assets, overseeing budgeting, and providing customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Support sales and production teams in smooth project transitions.
- Prepare accurate sales proposals and perform material and labor estimates.
- Manage client contract renewals and ensure timely updates.
- Oversee asset management (fleet, equipment) and office operations.
- Coordinate procurement to ensure timely resource availability.
- Assist in budgeting and generate sales and operational reports.
- Maintain inventory, ensuring optimal levels.
- Manage customer communications, ensuring satisfaction and prompt responses.
- Handle accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Manage the company’s social media presence, creating engaging content and responding to interactions.
Qualifications- Experience in business management, sales, customer communication, and relationship management.
- Knowledge of commercial landscaping practices and industry trends.
- Financial acumen and strong budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and social media tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in the commercial landscape industry is required.
