What You’ll Be Doing...
Verizon Partner Solutions is the multi billion dollar global wholesale business unit in Verizon Business Group. This role is responsible for identifying areas of opportunity for the team to optimize internal and external processes, building the revenue and EBITDA business cases, and managing the corresponding project plans to deliver on these initiatives. This role will lead large cross functional teams across the business and rely on strong interpersonal communication to align objectives and stakeholders. This role sits on a high-performing, active team that delivers results to the firm.
This role serves as governance, advisor, and project manager for team strategy. Leads a wide variety of initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams the progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
Manages programs/projects from initiation through delivery, develops corporate and/or organizational policies and authorizes their implementation. Performs project management duties involving cross functional teams focused on delivery of specific outcomes. Selects methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Oversees plans, budgets and directs schedules.
- Build excel model business cases to demonstrate ROI of initiatives
- Develop senior executive presentations and communications
- Perform the necessary analysis and provide recommendations on a course of action using the strategic thinking processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner, and assist in facilitating effective decision making.
- Lead and participate in key meetings to provide directional insight and work with key stakeholders within and outside the organization to drive initiatives.
- Provide operational readiness, maximize time and efficiency by integrating cohesion and alignment while inspiring and engaging, presentation creation, and implement governance.
- Work closely with all stakeholders to manage the “brand” of the organization, acting as a final checkpoint for messaging and content delivered to senior leaders and other parts of the business.
- Align key stakeholders, determine project schedules, and identify risk mitigation strategies.
What We’re Looking For...
You’ll need to have:
- Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
- Experience in Business Analysis
- Strong Excel modelling skills
- Experience in Executive presentation and strong communication skills
- Experience as a project leader or business change agent.
- Consulting experience, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Experience influencing key stakeholders through relationships, expertise and data.
- Experience with large, complex project management execution.

Where you’ll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
