Job Description:
This Implementation Specialist will onboard new alternative asset manager clients to the StavPay platform. This includes but is not limited to becoming an expert in StavPay and working closely with our clients to
understand and document their current business workflows and their approach to expense
allocation; assisting clients with analyzing and organizing their data in preparation for StavPay onboarding; running onboarding calls with clients; creating and maintaining project plans and internal databases; setting up connectivity to their third parties; configuring and maintaining client access to StavPay and coordinating any ad hoc client deliverables.
Pre-requisite knowledge, skills, and experience:
- 2-8 years experience
- Previous experience leading or having a significant role in implementing a fintech product.
- Demonstrated success in project management
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills
- Strong background in process
- Possesses the skills to learn quickly in a results-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities while understanding the need for 100% accuracy.
- Ability to evaluate situations, prioritize accordingly, and confidently make informed decisions.
- A collaborative team player committed to fostering a culture of client-first service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have and exhibit high integrity and strong moral character.
