CHARLY USA is an International company located in Irvine, CA that provides excellent Customer Service, Soccer Footwear and Apparel to our Wholesale customers in the continental US.
At this time, we are seeking an experienced a Customer Service Specialist with expertise in EDI, Operational processes, Planning Skills, and Forecasting to enhance customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and solutions regarding the company’s goods and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Process and manage customer requests and orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Address inquiries from customers and sales representatives, providing relevant and comprehensive information.
• Oversee product delivery schedules and proactively communicate any delays to customers.
• Set up and manage new customer accounts, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
• Collaborate extensively with internal teams to meet customer requirements effectively.
• Manage returns and warranty processes in alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Lead and coordinate special projects to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Conduct forecasting and reporting on customer trends and product demand to support strategic planning.
• Provide support to account management efforts, fostering strong client relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ years of experience in account management or customer service, with a focus on EDI and operations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic math proficiency and analytical skills, with experience in forecasting and reporting.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality assurance.
• Experience in handling difficult customer interactions with professionalism.
• Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and Salesforce.
• Team player with a strong sense of urgency.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Must have the ability to manage multiple projects while working with definite interruptions, as well as highly, detail oriented and accuracy driven to meet deadlines and set priorities. You will need to be flexible to simultaneously communicate and meet with multiple departments/diverse groups/vendors while maintaining confidentiality.
