To fuel our aggressive expansion of this "start-up organization," we are actively seeking a motivated, versatile, and experienced Business Development and Marketing Manager to join our Chinese Initiative Team. This key role involves creating and implementing innovative business development and marketing programs tailored for the Chinese student market nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with senior management to develop comprehensive business development and marketing strategies, with a primary focus on the Chinese student market.
- Identify and cultivate partnership opportunities with organizations and groups active in the Chinese student market.
- Research, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with influencers and partners.
- Develop leadership programs in various universities
- Conduct thorough market research and actively build our presence on various social media channels (Xiaohongshu, WeChat, etc.), websites, forums, and relevant platforms.
- Develop content distribution strategies for various marketing platforms.
- Lead a business development/marketing/customer service team and mentor members in their professional growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Familiarity with start-up challenges and ability to handle uncertainties when driving for escalated growth
- Well adapted to fast pace work
- Well-rounded individual with strong multitasking abilities, highly proficient in both written and spoken Chinese.
- Minimum 4 years of FULL TIME (excluding internships) working experience in business development, marketing, and sales, preferably in the Chinese market.
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Familiarity with the international Chinese student market, university student demographics, and their interests.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and persuasive power.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity and change, and a passion for business development.
- Deep understanding of social media marketing trends, including platforms like Xiaohongshu, WeChat, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Blogs.
- Experience in social media content writing, graphic creation, and video advertisements.
