Job Title : Identity and Access Management (IAM) Solutions Architect (Pathlock IDN platform)
Job Type : C2C
Experience : 7 to 15 years
Location : Plano, Texas
Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Pathlock or another Identity, Governance, and Administration (IGA) tool in configuration, integration, and deployment.
- Strong experience in troubleshooting Identity & Access Governance tools, including RBAC and access certification.
- Proven ability to manage projects through the full system development lifecycle.
- Technical architecture experience integrating identity management, access management, and access governance software into clients' infrastructure and applications.
- Skilled in developing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management solutions and systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical identity and access management-related issues.
- Experience working with internal and external application support teams to extend the use of the identity governance solution via REST API, LDAP, databases, and other connectors for new application onboarding.
- Knowledge of Java and SQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with directories such as LDAP and Active Directory (AD).
- Experience building custom workflows, forms, and quick links using Pathlock.
- Ability to develop custom lifecycle events, rules, and certifications.
- Experience performing upgrades, applying patches, and evaluating CVEs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a small team environment.
- Understanding of SLAs and a commitment to meeting them.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust Identity Management solutions using the Pathlock IDN platform.
- Leverage both out-of-the-box capabilities and custom development to integrate Pathlock with various systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot provisioning failures within the environment, providing effective solutions.
- Design and develop workflows, rules, custom connectors, and task definitions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of support activities with application designs.
- Establish monitoring and alerting for key controls to enhance security.
- Identify automation opportunities, evaluate new tools, and drive the implementation of technology that adds value to the organization.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration specifics and operational procedures.
- Provide regular updates to management on project progress and initiatives.
- Perform user access certification activations and validations.
- Assist in implementing and integrating IT Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) roles within Pathlock.
- Support the rollout and onboarding of new applications.
- Provide bulk request support to users and application teams.
- Execute ad hoc data requests and create operational reports.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to Identity and Access Management.
- Participate in operational support with change and incident management processes.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
