Role Summary
Project Managers are entrusted with the comprehensive management of basement projects, overseeing allstages from initiation to completion. This includes liaising with clients, suppliers, and tradespeople. Primary responsibility is to guarantee that all projects commence promptly, stay within budget constraints, andconclude within AGM's specified timeline. Project Managers are accountable for meeting client expectations,
ensuring client satisfaction to the extent that they willingly offer a 5-star rating..
Role and Expectations:
- The day to day management of projects
- Ensuring all WRs are received and signed within 24h (from the KR/BR) and uploaded on the drive
- Random Work Request Audits (every other) (Sq F, Upgrades, Free items, signed, dated, PO’s match the
total value of the work request)
- Work Request Creation - (Purchaser)
- Manage Trades and any issues
- Assist purchasing team when required
- Creation of the Change order
- Site Visits Due to Escalation/Client Complaints
- Ongoing project reporting
- Mandatory Site Visits
Skills/Requirements
- 5+ Years Construction Experience
- Experience with residential work
- Management experience
Qualifications And Education Requirements
College or University Degree
Must have good knowledge of building codes
Must have home renovation experience
Payment terms:
- Entire Project: The Contractor shall be paid a fixed rate of $2000 per entire project
- On-going project: The Contractor shall be paid a fixed rate of $1000 for an on-going project
- The Contractor shall be paid 50% at the start of the project and 50% at final completion
- TWT ONLY: The Contactor shall be paid a fixed rate of $250upon completion of TWT per each project
