Description
The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed.
Project Management
- Maintain client relationships ensuring total customer satisfaction
- Generate quotes and estimates, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time
- Track projects including costing in Cyrious and other supporting systems
- Assist with developing best practice for project management, project costing, project documentation and change management
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Develop and manage detailed project artwork
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and adjust as needed
- Conduct project post mortems in order to verify profitability and identify areas for improvement; make recommendations based on findings
