Job Description
- Data entry of drivers Work Logs into Excel spreadsheet and other database.
- Gather and analyze data to deliver weekly reports for managers.
- Modify Excel spreadsheet and Word document using formulas.
- Analyze route efficiencies using historical data.
- Maintain trucks routing using routing optimization software.
Skills Required (minimum)
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to effectively use Excel and other Windows Office programs.
- Ability to create and enhance existing formulas on Excel.
- Effective communication skills – oral, written, and presentation.
- Work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Strong Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot Tables)
- Basic programming skills.
- Basic knowledge of GIS / Route optimization software.
