About the Job:
Our Client is seeking an experienced Tech Program Manager (PMO) to lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects within our global e-commerce team. This role will work closely with teams from Product, Engineering, and Global e-commerce to ensure the smooth delivery of new products and features to the market. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovation, agile methodologies, and driving business growth through effective project management.
DETAILS:
- Full-time, permanent placement
- Onsite, 5 days in office
- Salary: $204-$375k+
- Location: San Jose, CA
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a variety of cross-functional projects, collaborating with teams across Product, Engineering, and Global e-commerce.
- Manage project schedules, define milestones, track progress, identify risks, and mitigate challenges.
- Lead Agile/Scrum teams and ensure timely delivery of products and features.
- Maintain roadmaps/feature lists and own the collaboration process and tools for optimized project execution.
- Continuously improve processes using data-driven strategies.
- Support a positive team culture aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 5+ years of experience in project delivery or process optimization.
- Technical background preferred, with an understanding of project management frameworks and data-driven approaches.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a track record of handling multiple projects.
- Agile or Scrum Master experience is a plus; PMP certification preferred.
- Experience working in multi-time zone and multi-cultural environments.
