Responsibilities:
- Providing Product/ServiceInformation: Educating customers about our products and services, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions, to help them make informed purchasing decisions
- ResolvingCustomerComplaints: Investigating and resolvingcustomercomplaints and issues effectively, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary
- MaintainingCustomerRecords: Updatingcustomerinformation in the database accurately, documenting interactions and transactions, and ensuring confidentiality and security ofcustomerdata
- Collaborating with Team Members: Working collaboratively with othercustomerservicerepresentatives and departments to resolvecustomerissues efficiently and improve overallservicequality
- Adhering to Policies and Procedures: Following company policies, procedures, and guidelines forcustomerservicedelivery, including compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Continuous Learning and Development: Actively participating in training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred
- Previouscustomerserviceexperience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training forentry-levelcandidates
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
