About the Role:
Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Project Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in bookkeeping, and accounting systems, and expertise in TurboTax, Intuit products, and QuickBooks. In this role, you will analyze financial data, identify business opportunities, and provide strategic insights to improve financial processes.
- You will work closely with accounting, finance, and IT teams to enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and support the overall financial health of the organization.
Job Description:
- Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement
- Turns data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer
- Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks
- Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
- Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders
- Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology
- Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in creating features, and stories for Agile teams
- 5+ of years Senior BA, System analyst experience in working with web application/product development
- Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping is required
- 3+ years of experience in working with SAFE Agile programs
- Strong background in bookkeeping, and accounting systems, and expertise in TurboTax, Intuit products, and QuickBooks
Location: Remote (US)
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100,000 – $120,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
