Job Description:
We’re seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with a strong eye for detail and a passion for digital and print design. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior designers and the marketing team to create impactful visuals across various platforms, including email marketing, social media ads, and web ads. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience looking to grow in the graphic design and digital marketing fields. Having user knowledge or a passion for the outdoors is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of visually engaging email marketing campaigns, including layouts, banners, and promotional graphics.
- Design responsive email templates that align with marketing strategies and drive user engagement.
- Create compelling visuals for social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) that capture attention and convert.
- Design banner ads and web ads, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines while optimizing for performance across platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop ad creative that supports campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Ensure all digital assets, including email templates, social media ads, and web ads, are optimized for mobile responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility.
- Support A/B testing for ad designs and email variations, analyzing performance to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms and campaigns.
- Assist with the design and production of marketing materials for print, digital, and web, maintaining consistency in visual style and tone.
- Stay up to date on design trends, particularly in social media and digital advertising, to create fresh, innovative content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing email marketing, ad design, and general graphic design tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on email marketing, social media ads, and web ads (internships or freelance work count).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience designing for email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo), as well as for social media and web ads.
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and best practices for digital advertising and email marketing.
- Understanding of responsive design, particularly for email marketing, with basic knowledge of HTML/CSS as a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity, with the ability to adapt designs for different platforms and formats. As well as basic headline and copywriting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.

- Monday to Thursday: 8am-5pm
- Friday 8am-2pm
