All Metro Health Care a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a Community Engagement Representative.You will be responsible for aspects of community outreach and field marketing activities, as well as establishing and maintaining communication with various community-based entities*, organizations, and events within an assigned geographical area. The role focuses on building relationships, generating referrals, and driving engagement to support the organization's services and initiatives.

Schedule: M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM
Office: 75 Broad Street, Suite 610 New York, NY 10004
Pay: $22-$25 Hourly
Weekly Hours Bonus: $6 per incremental weekly hour won after the first 300 hours.

You will...

Source, screen, and close new case referrals through grassroots community outreach.
Build relationships with community leaders and individuals to establish trust and promote services.
Organize and represent the company at various community locations (churches, supermarkets, senior homes, food pantries, schools, cultural events, rehabs, hospitals, etc.).
Organize and facilitate raffle prize events, provide breakfast and lunch at presentation at rehabs and other settings.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new cases and provide support to administrative staff.

We are excited to speak to someone with the following…

1 year of experience in sales/marketing, patient recruitment, patient advocacy, or community organizing
Knowledge of the NY home care market and business is essential
Experience in MCO enrollment, elder fitness/gym member enrollment, or DME sales is beneficial.
Personable, outgoing, and authentic with strong relationship-building skills, while also being community-based or community-minded.
Bilingual in English & Spanish required
