We are seeking a
Technical Product Manager to join our back-office product development team. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering, analyzing, and refining requirements, managing the product roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value back-office features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collect and define business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications
- Product Management: Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and manage the roadmap to align with business objectives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of ERP modules
- Agile Project Management: Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives, ensuring timely product releases
- ERP Product Expertise: Understand ERP system architecture and modules, identifying areas for optimization
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track product performance, user adoption, and feature ROI
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates and training on ERP functionality to users and senior management
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in business analysis or product management, preferably with ERP systems
- Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, experience with Agile, and ERP implementation
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and modern tech stacks
