Job Overview:
We are seeking a Remote WFH Full Time Administrative Assistant with excellent typing skills for a part-time entry level position. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is organized, attentive to detail, and looking for a flexible work schedule. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to our remote team and assisting with various tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and written communication
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations
- Organize and maintain company files and records
- Update and maintain databases
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and appointments
- Perform data entry and accurately input information into various systems
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency in typing and experience with data entry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite
