Job Title: Jr. Data Engineer

Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000
- 1 DAY ON SITE PER MONTH IN SALT LAKE CITY UTAH ON YOUR DIME!**
- WE ARE OPEN TO FOLKS OUTSIDE OF UTAH BUT YOU MUST TRAVEL IN ONCE PER MONTH OR EVERY OTHER MONTH!**
Key Responsibilities
- Working End to End (API based Source)
- Converting Legacy SQL into new POC
- Design and develop robust data pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Implement and optimize data models based on Kimball methodologies.
- Utilize Python and Pyspark for data processing and manipulation.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and workflows using DBT.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance and resolve issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year as a Data Engineer
- 1+ year of Python/PySpark
- 1+ year of Data Modeling/Kimball
