Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project strategies, manage schedules, allocate resources, and define clear objectives to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the project, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
- Budget & Financial Oversight: Supervise project budgets, identifying risks and opportunities while ensuring fiscal discipline.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and guide cross-functional teams, fostering an environment conducive to successful project outcomes.
- Risk & Issue Management: Anticipate potential risks, devise mitigation plans, and resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure Quality at Every Step: Direct quality assurance efforts throughout the project lifecycle, securing stakeholder approval at critical junctures.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams and managing client relations with a strong focus on satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Office, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Paycor, Paylocity, ADP, Workday, UKG, Kronos, or SuccessFactors.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within HR, IT, or professional services sectors.
- PMP Certification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
