Job Overview:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, graphics, wiring framing (UX/UI) design, content writing/copywriting, and social media for all client work at WonderMine. Our team manages and optimizes digital content across various platforms, ensuring that all efforts are engaging and optimized for search engines. This role requires expertise in digital marketing strategies and SEO best practices. The ideal candidate has excellent multi-tasking skills and will work closely with cross-functional teams to elevate our client's brand awareness, enhance user engagement, and drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:Develop and produce high-quality graphics, web content, and copy for all digital channels, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, style, marketing objectives, and a call to action.
2. SEO Implementation:
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to optimize web content for search engines.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics using SEO tools to improve content visibility and user engagement.
3. Graphic Design:
- Design and create visually compelling graphics for use across all media, print, and digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Utilize wireframing tools to structure and plan website content layout
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate design elements into web projects effectively.
4. Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Create and manage social media calendars, including design, copy, calls-to-action, and relevant hashtags.
- Engagement: Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Share relevant content to foster interaction and build relationships with the audience.
- Monitor social media performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize reach, impact, and engagement.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to create cohesive digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project timelines are met.
6. Trend Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing techniques, and emerging technologies to inform content strategy and creative approaches.
- Suggest innovative ideas to improve the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
7. Quality Assurance:
- Review and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to SEO best practices.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets.
- Data Mining, Analyze the work! What does the data tell you? How is the work performing? How can we improve for better results?
Qualifications:Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (Preferred.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related field.
- Proven experience with SEO, content optimization, and analytics tools.
- Excellent Graphic Design eye.
Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io) and familiarity with web development platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Experience with wireframing tools and web layout planning.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
