Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage QA efforts across multiple Scrum/Kanban teams, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and scope for epics, user stories, and defects.
- Actively participate in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
- Coordinate and conduct UAT demos with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on testing activities to both Scrum/Kanban teams and IT leadership.
- Support business partners through troubleshooting, training, and risk evaluations, helping them resolve issues and understand product quality.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive QA documentation in Confluence.
- Design reusable functional, regression, smoke, and integration test cases as part of a global test suite.
- Execute tests, identify defects, and raise critical issues promptly, managing defects end-to-end in Jira.
- Assist in defect triaging, ensuring critical defects are communicated to the team and mitigated effectively.
- Assist in release management and change control, ensuring smooth delivery of features.
- Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Be open to working after hours and weekends, as required.
- Stay adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and methodologies to keep pace with evolving industry standards.
- Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related role.
- 2+ years of experience testing Web CRM applications.
- Proven experience with cross-platform, cross-browser compatibility testing.
- Experience in mobile device testing and device management tools.
- Strong background in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Hands-on experience with API testing using open-source tools like Postman or JMeter.
- Familiarity with issue tracking and project management tools, preferably Jira.
- Proficient with test management tools and processes.
- Experience with database testing (MySQL, NoSQL).
- Experience working in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Automation experience with various frameworks and tools.
- Proficiency in coding with JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Knowledge of Real Estate software products.
- Understanding of cloud computing, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
