Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our Customer Success team, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with project managers, sales teams, and clients to effectively deploy software and services.
- Overseeing updates and enhancements to current products and interfaces, ensuring documentation is always accurate and up-to-date.
- Serving as a key point of contact during the implementation phase, offering constructive feedback and aiding in product enhancements.
- Completing assigned tickets weekly through our Azure ticket management system.
- Participating in the planning and development of project deliverables.
- Implementing software systems in accordance with established standards.
- Following proper escalation procedures for issues that arise.
- Standardizing processes by updating and creating documentation.
- Building empathetic and trustworthy relationships with clients.
- Providing valuable feedback to internal teams and contributing to weekly status updates.
Required Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 5 years of equivalent experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Visual Basic, VBScript, or similar programming languages.
- Advanced skills in SQL query writing and database management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills complemented by strong communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and a commitment to delivering quality work on time.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
- Previous experience in healthcare settings is preferred.
- Understanding of data exchange standards such as HL7, XML, and JSON is beneficial.
- Knowledge of hospital information systems is a plus.
- Experience with tools such as Atlassian products (Confluence) and Microsoft Azure is preferred.
