Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our impactful marketing initiatives targeting Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing complex brand Customer Relationship Management (CRM) campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily administration of CRM marketing programs, guaranteeing the effective delivery of brand communications across various platforms.
- Create comprehensive project plans and generate status reports to facilitate weekly stakeholder meetings, ensuring timely execution of projects.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve project objectives while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members, conduct thorough quality assessments, and nurture a collaborative environment conducive to learning.
- Regularly assess campaign outcomes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and provide actionable recommendations to boost marketing effectiveness.
- Develop and uphold project documentation, timelines, and proofing checklists, proactively monitoring project progress and mitigating risks.
- Partner with internal teams to establish efficient processes for data capture, approvals, and accuracy in campaign execution.
- Document and share change requests, manage project timelines, and advocate for standardization and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct quarterly audits of campaigns and performance reviews to ensure alignment with established goals.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively suggest strategies to increase engagement.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in 1:1 marketing and share valuable insights to drive innovation within our marketing strategies.
Required Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of omnichannel marketing campaign processes, including email, SMS, social media, direct mail, web, and paid media.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of effectively collaborating with both business and technical teams.
- Analytical mindset for identifying optimization opportunities and efficiently resolving campaign-related challenges.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding teams while fostering a positive, solution-oriented atmosphere.
- Adaptability and quick learning capabilities to navigate new concepts and changing environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in database marketing, CRM, email, digital, direct mail, or 1:1 marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in client services or account management.
