What You’ll Do:
Take ownership of multiple projects, guiding them from inception to completion, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You’ll work closely with clients to define objectives, refine processes, and implement solutions that drive efficiency. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to innovate!
Process Improvement Specialist
Identify, analyze, and optimize key business processes for clients. You’ll lead efforts to streamline operations, improve workflows, and implement process improvements that deliver measurable results. Whether it's refining existing systems or introducing new methodologies, your work will directly impact client success.
Team Leadership & Client Engagement
Mentor and lead junior team members while fostering a culture of growth and innovation within the team. As the primary contact for clients, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring open communication, and consistently exceeding expectations. Your leadership will guide both your team and clients toward successful outcomes.
Continuous Learner & Innovator
At The Change Agency, we’re committed to continuous growth! Stay ahead of industry trends in project and process management by engaging in training sessions and workshops. You’ll be encouraged to take initiative, explore new methodologies, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
What We’re Looking For:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Process Improvement, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management and process optimization (internships or co-op experience are a big plus!).
Strong communication skills—you're great at building relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders.
Organizational excellence, with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and processes at once.
A passion for continuous improvement, problem-solving, and personal development.
Familiarity with process improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma is a bonus, but your drive to learn and improve is what matters most!
