The Role
As the Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive customer success strategy that aligns with the company’s overarching business goal. You'll initially lead by example, establishing a robust framework for a high-performing customer success team.

Experience
- Proven Track Record: Successful experience as a Senior CSM at a leading B2B SaaS or PaaS company, leveraging ML models.
- Action-Oriented: Strong bias for actions, with a passion for retention, expansion, and customer development.
- Account Growth: Demonstrated ability to systematically grow accounts by integrating technical products into customer workflows.
- Exceptional Communication: Stellar interpersonal skills with the capacity to influence at all organizational levels.
Nice to Have
- Strategy Development: Prior experience developing and executing a successful CSM strategy or being part of an early-stage team in Series A-C organizations.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams with strong leadership and people management capabilities.
Salary: $140-$190 DOE
