Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This pivotal role involves addressing production system challenges and overseeing our escalation support queue, ensuring that our project objectives are achieved with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve issues in production systems while delivering effective solutions.
- Oversee the escalation support queue and generate bug ticket requirements as necessary.
- Manage all phases of project execution and implementation to meet specified goals.
- Conduct interviews with subject matter experts, observe work processes, and communicate effectively with business leaders and staff for information gathering and analysis.
- Collaborate with software developers to define resolutions for system or client-related issues, including drafting Technical and Functional Specifications documents for essential modifications.
- Formulate and implement project plans for smaller-scale initiatives.
- Provide insights on the implications of business changes and generate user documentation to aid the implementation of new programming.
- Partner closely with internal business stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations, procedures, and business dynamics.
- Convey user needs and recommendations to leadership, preparing materials to support proposed changes.
- Execute administrative functions related to departmental requirements as needed.
- Cultivate positive working relationships across all management levels to facilitate effective collaboration on projects and deliverables.

Required Skills

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
Qualifications

- Professional certification in business analysis or related fields is a plus.
