Job Overview
Rimol Greenhouse Systems, a manufacturing and distribution company located in Hooksett, NH. The Customer Service/Order Processor reports directly to the Finance Manager for tasks and responsibilities. Within this role, a variety of associated assignments aim to provide customers with the best customer experience with the Company. This is a part-time position of approximately 25 hours per week.
Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Processing customer orders provided by sales staff.
- Purchasing - preparing and processing purchase orders for customer orders.
- Provide customers with updates relating to their orders.
- Work with various internal teams and external vendors to resolve customer problems.
- General office support as determined by needs.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, employee must be a self-starter and willing to rapidly respond to the needs of the daily office environment. Employee must have a willingness to learn new skills and to work collaboratively with others. Employee must have background and working knowledge of accounting and be extremely detail oriented.
Minimum qualifications:
- High school graduate
- Relevant work experience of at least 3 years
- Essential to our workplace: dependability, positive attitude, written & verbal communication skills, organizational skills, teamwork, self-management, a curiosity, and willingness to learn, attention to detail and problem solving
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
