Job Details
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions using Oracle Fusion / OIC for our financial systems.
- Collaborate with various teams to identify and understand data requirements, ensuring that the data integration solutions meet these needs.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve complex technical issues related to data integration.
- Maintain and enhance Oracle ERP Cloud systems to support business needs.
- Develop and manage data migration plans, including data cleansing, migration validation, and post-migration testing.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Ensure data integrity, performance, and security in all data integration activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Provide training and support to end-users regarding new data integration processes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data integration and propose improvements to existing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in data integration with a focus on Oracle Fusion / OIC.
- Proven experience with financial systems, preferably in the finance industry.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud is essential.
- Proficiency in SQL and other database technologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in data integration.
- Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion / OIC will be an added advantage.
