We are looking to hire a General Manager, Sales for established D2C product company.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant GTM experience within DTC/B2C businesses. Startup experience required with companies generating $50M+ in revenue; PE-backed organizations, B2B2C experience, and subscription-based backgrounds are a plus
- Open to various industries, with a strong preference for high-growth companies in Consumer Tech/Hardware, Marketplaces, eCommerce, or Beauty/Health/Wellness sectors. Companies in the IoT space are particularly favored
- GTM GM with a strong commercial focus, specializing in sales, marketing, partnerships/business development, product management/ops, and customer acquisition strategies. Proven track record of successfully launching products and brands from 0 to 1. Optimize forecasting, cost management, and revenue for GTM strategies, while driving growth in customer lifetime value (LTV) through subscriptions, upsells, and new services
- Innovative, cross-collaborative, and strategic executor with strong executive presence. A data-driven, hands-on people leader with the ability to build teams and processes to scale.
- Builder mentality, growth-oriented, and mission-driven with the ability to influence cross-functional partners. Highly adaptable, entrepreneurial, and comfortable with ambiguity.
