As the Head of Revenue and Customer Success, you will play a key role in shaping their sales strategy and driving revenue growth. In this leadership position, you will inspire and guide a high-performing team, lead new revenue initiatives, refine their retention strategies, and optimize processes to impact their top-line performance. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), who seeks an energetic, go-getter partner, you will have a significant influence on their company’s success and future direction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue and retention strategy, leveraging industry insights and market trends to unlock new revenue opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a motivated Sales & Customer Success team, equipping them with the skills to excel while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure alignment of sales, retention, and revenue efforts with broader company goals.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies and maintain competitiveness.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners to drive both new business and retention.
- Demonstrate versatility in applying diverse sales strategies, actively managing and building your own pipeline of strategic customers and prospects.
- Collaborate across international and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment in driving business performance and optimizing revenue efforts.
Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, ideally within the fintech or eCommerce sectors.

- A minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in sales leadership, including a strong track record of exceeding sales targets, driving growth, and delivering consistent results.
