Overview
The Lead Analyst on the Sales Effectiveness team plays a critical role in driving sales performance through deep data analysis and strategic insights. This individual will be responsible for interpreting complex sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations that optimize sales strategies. The Lead Analyst will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Sales Operations to provide forecasts, reports, and actionable insights that directly impact revenue growth and profitability.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and interpretation of sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. Utilize tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software to manipulate and visualize data.
- Lead the alignment of sales performance data with broader business goals. Understand financial metrics and their implications on revenue, profitability, and margins to provide insights that enhance decision-making.
- Use CRM systems such as Salesforce, along with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, to collect, manage, and present sales data. Leverage these tools to create automated reporting processes and improve data accuracy.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, sales teams, and cross-functional partners. Craft clear, data-driven presentations and reports to support strategic initiatives.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience

- Remote: While this position does not currently require relocation, candidates within a radius of our physical locations, including, but not be limited to Boca Raton, Itasca, and Austin, will be required to work in the office a minimum of two days a week beginning in September 2024.
