Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant – Executive, Sales, and Marketing Support at Caretech Group. The role involves providing executive, sales, and marketing support, assisting with customer service, communication, customer support, sales operations, and sales tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications

- Experience in executive support and marketing tasks
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Email management
- Manage busy schedules and calendars for one or multiple executives
- Meeting/event preparation and coordination
- CRM management
- Project management
- Social media management
- Task management & data entry
- Managing new leads and clients
- Proofreading
- Light bookkeeping, invoicing, and general finance duties
Required skills and achievements:
Minimum of 3 years of direct experience assisting a C-Suite Executive
1+ years experience being an independent contractor is preferred
A master juggler who can dive in and own the position entirely
An individual who finds purpose in helping others and managing a large, diverse workload
Experienced in prioritizing tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
A results-driven individual who is a self-starter with excellent attention to detail
Finds value in nurturing the relationship with the executive while being a proactive thinker, not just a task-doer
Technology: proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Zoom/GoToMeeting, and experience in at least one CRM, like but not limited to Salesforce, Hubspot, Infusionsoft, Zoho, etc.
No more than a 1-year gap in resume work history
A college degree is preferred but not required
Must have availability during regular business hours, Monday through Friday
