Role Description

Position: Semester Internship (Part-Time, Remote, Unpaid)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to join our team. You will play a key role in managing the integration of thousands of merchants onto our platform, including catalog management and affiliate program operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, merchant relations, and affiliate marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the onboarding of merchants such as Amazon, Target, Walmart, Net-a-porter and Shopify SMBs onto Plink.bio, ensuring smooth catalog integration.
Assist with the operation and management of affiliate programs, ensuring merchant product links are accurately reflected on creator storefronts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to streamline merchant onboarding processes.
Monitor merchant catalog data and maintain the accuracy of product listings.
Provide regular reporting on merchant performance, traffic, and sales conversions.
Support merchants in troubleshooting catalog and affiliate program issues.
Research and recommend best practices for improving merchant integration and affiliate engagement.

Requirements:

Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Operations, Supply Chain management or a related field.
Strong interest in e-commerce, affiliate marketing, or catalog management.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Program Window:

4-6 months, varies by semester.

Eligibility:

Full-time students enrolled at a nationally accredited university or college with at least one semester of school remaining.
