Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant at Caleb's Imagination. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining office procedures, and assisting with communication and coordination tasks as well as following up on leads with some computation and accounting and website managment. This role is located in Irvine, CA, with most work being conducted remotely.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the construction or design industry is a plus
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Website management skills to include analytics, SEO and web design (preferred).
