We are seeking a meticulous and dynamic Trade Marketing Manager to spearhead our promotional strategies within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, focusing on salon professional beauty care. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of national, channel-specific, and account-specific promotional strategies from initial order form creation through to in-store/on-site execution.
- Collaborate continuously with internal brand teams, sales, education, and customer service departments, as well as external vendors, to ensure seamless promotional execution.
- Maintain and establish an internal promotional planning schedule, acting as the central communication hub for promotional status and tracking.
- Monitor and manage promotional components, devising a plan to ensure the timely delivery of promotional materials.
- Leverage historical data to drive growth by formulating and recommending strategies that optimize promotional effectiveness.
- Produce and present accurate promotional analyses and insight-driven recommendations to senior leadership to foster product growth.
- Assist in managing the creative design process of sales and marketing materials, ensuring successful execution through collaboration with external design agencies.
