Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Partner to join our team in SVC, focusing on customer success and networking within a leading big tech enterprise in the area. We are looking for a high-energy networker who has a customer engagement mindset and software engineering background.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business units within a major tech enterprise, focusing on customer success and relationship management.
- Network extensively with managers within the SVC office, aiming to expand relationships and secure additional opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal delivery leads to manage consultant check-ins, sourcing, and backfilling roles as needed.
- Compete effectively with major consulting firms to maintain and grow the client relationship.
- Engage in regular onsite visits (twice a week) to build and maintain strong connections with key stakeholders.
- Occasionally travel to Austin to further strengthen relationships and explore new opportunities.
Must Haves
- Proven experience in customer success, client partnership, or engagement management, preferably within a tech enterprise.
- Strong networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience managing resources and working in collaboration with delivery teams.
- Understanding of the competitive landscape, particularly in relation to major IT consulting firms.
- Ability to work hybrid in Cupertino CA
- High energy level, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to client engagement.
