Responsibilities
- Training and deployment of customer segmentation, and ad platform signalling models to enable dynamic value based ad campaigns
- Estimation of individual ad campaign effects using Marketing Mix Modelling
- Identifying new use cases where AI can be applied to boost marketing performance
- Working with the data engineering and marketing teams to integrate AI systems with existing data and marketing flows
- Deploying scalable and reliable ML systems while utilising modern MLOps practices
Requirements
- MSc or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
- Strong coding skills in Python and SQL
- Experience with customer lifecycle modelling (segmentation, pLTV, churn forecasting), causal inference, Marketing Mix Modelling.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
