Job Description
Assist with training, mentoring and auditing of team members
Subject matter expert in Quality Assurance (QA) and program processes and policy
Lead QA Unit workflow and technical trainings
Conduct random case file/record reviews on a monthly basis using computer auditing checklist to ensure contractual performance and company standards are met and report results / analysis to Supervisor
Compare business processes with data to identify inefficiencies and potential weaknesses that may cause inaccurate processing
Submit ongoing (weekly, monthly, quarterly) QA reports and submit in a timely manner to the Operations Team, Supervisor or Funder (i.e. Department of Children Families, Department of Health Services, etc.)
Present consistent feedback to management regarding areas that need improvement
Observe and evaluate internal control procedures
Oversee and conduct Talent Development Specialist training on policies and procedures on state requirements
