What you will be doing:
- Manage social media platforms, responding to messages, comments, and inquiries
- Support talent by managing their social media accounts and maintaining audience engagement
- Monitor and track social media performance, focusing on audience engagement
- Assist in executing social media plans across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat
- Stay proactive with emerging technologies, tools, and trends
- Contribute to social media strategies and key programming throughout the year
- Assist with initiatives to grow the social fan base across all channels
- Conduct competitor research to keep MUSE’s social media strategy competitive
- Organise social media messaging platforms for clear communication with the audience and talent
- Identify opportunities across the board to improve the customer experience
- Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to improve service and communication strategies
About you:
- Experience in social media management or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with an online audience effectively
- Highly organised and strong management skills
- Familiarity with major social media platforms
- Ability to work independently whilst being apart of a collaborative team
- Passion for social media trends, customer engagement and digital communication
- A positive, customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills
